• A compulsory supplement of RM85.00 nett per person and RM50.00 nett per person will be charged for Christmas eve dinner for guest booking Room and Breakfast and Room, Breakfast and Dinner respectively.
• A compulsory supplement of RM205.00 nett per person and RM170.00 nett per person will be charged for New Year Eve Dinner for guest booking Room and Breakfast and Room, Breakfast and Dinner respectively.
• Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
• Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night's charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort's bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

Low Season

One night charges for the total rooms reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation not made within 8 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.

Peak Season

A full length stay shall be chargeable if cancellation not made within 15 days prior to check-in the event of NO SHOW.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS

Additional Bed : RM70.00 nett per bed per night with 1 breakfast.
Baby Cot : Free-of-charge per cot per room

COMPULSORY FESTIVE DINNERS

A compulsory supplement of RM85.00 nett per person and RM50.00 nett per person will be charged for Christmas eve dinner for guest booking Room and Breakfast and Room, Breakfast and Dinner respectively.

A compulsory supplement of RM205.00 nett per person and RM170.00 nett per person will be charged for New Year Eve Dinner for guest booking Room and Breakfast and Room, Breakfast and Dinner respectively.

The hotel's 345 rooms are charmingly decorated with tropical motifs and are fully equipped with comfortable facilities. Every room boasts a sea view and balcony.

Facilities in every room include a private bath/shower, minibar, fridge, IDD telephone, TV, in-house video channel, radio, tea and coffee making facilities, individually controlled air conditioning, 220 volt electrical power points and safe deposit box. Hair dryers and iron and ironing boards are available upon request.

Rooms on the newly renovated floors also have dataport lines.Superior and Deluxe rooms are available with either king or twin beds.

Interconnecting rooms are available in the Deluxe category in any configuration. Families are recommended to take the Junior Suite with one rollaway bed.

Regular taxi from airport to hotel costs about RM30 nett per way. A free shuttle service runs between the hotel and Georgetown or Ferringhi Beach
